TEAM EVENT 1 2021

Assault MADness; One of the contributions of the MAD2021 programming team to the event, which will be able to face to face, the Athletes with the best equipment on the market when measuring Fitness.

Scoring

Total time to complete the workout.

Workout Flow

It is a two part workout with only one score. The first part is to be completed in pairs working together as a team first the pair 1 and then pair 2. On the second part, the whole team needs to run 2000m on the assault runner as a relay in splits of 500m each athlete. 

The whole team starts on the starting mat. After the sound of the beep, the first pair (F1+M1 for elite; M1+M2 in community) go to the ergs to complete the target calories for each of them, one athlete on the bike and another one on the rower, they cannot share calores nor ergs. Once both athletes have finished their own calories, they can go to the pull-up bar to perform together and synchronize their target reps on the gymnastic pulling movement (see your division). When they’re done, they will go to the handstand walk area to walk 20m each as a relay. Once the second athlete is done with the 20m, the second pair (F2+M2 for elite; F1+M3 for community) is activated and they can go to the ergs to perform their part of the event in the same fashion as their team mates.

When the second pair is done, the whole team needs to run 2000m on the assault runner as a relay with 500m splits for  each athlete in any order. The time stops when the last athlete to run the 500m activates the buzzer on the finish mat at the other side of the court.

Movement Standards

Assault Air Bike

The athlete will complete the target calories while riding the bike. The athlete needs to stay on the bike until the monitor reads the target calories. The athlete cannot hop off the bike before the monitor reads the target calories.

Assault Air Rower

The athlete will complete the target calories pulling on the rower. The athlete needs to stay on the rower until the monitor reads the target calories. The athlete cannot hop off the rower before the monitor reads the target calories.

Synchronized Bar Muscle-Up

 

The athletes must begin with or pass through a hang below the bar, with the arms fully extended and the feet off the ground. Kipping the muscle-up is acceptable, but pull-overs, rolls to support and glide kips are not permitted. The feet may not rise above the height of the bar during the kip. At the top, the elbows must be fully locked while the athlete is in the support position above the bar with the shoulders over or in front of the bar. Athletes must pass through some portion of a dip-to-lockout over the bar. Only the hands, and no other part of the arm, may touch the pull-up bar to assist the athlete in completing the rep. Removing the hands and resting while on top of the bar is not allowed. The rep is credited when both athletes have reached full extension and they’re on top of the bar at the same time.

Handstand Walk

Kick up with both hands (entire hand, including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted. Stepping over the line or landing with the hands on or over the line is a “no rep.” Must walk forward. Coming down from the hands at any time requires a restart from behind the last line successfully crossed. A rep is credited when both hands, including palms and fingers, cross the line before the feet touch the ground. Must handstand walk across the line. Jumping both hands over the line to finish a section is not allowed.

Assault Air Runner

The athlete will run the target meters on the assault runner and cannot hop off the erg until the monitor reads the target meters. Athletes can start the running by pushing with their hands but once they’re running, they cannot assist with their hands at any point. 

Synchronized Chest-to-bar

 

This is a standard chest-to-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, with both athletes’ feet off the ground. Overhand, underhand or mixed grip are all permitted. The rep is credited when the chest of both athletes clearly come into contact with the bar below the collarbone. 

Synchronized Pull-Up

 

This is a standard chin-over-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are permitted as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, with both athletes’ feet off the ground. The rep is credited when both athletes’ chins break the horizontal plane of the bar. 

 

Seal Walk

The athlete will start walking with both hands (entire hand, including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted and with the feet on the frisbee. Stepping over the line or landing with the hands on or over the line is a “no rep.” Must walk forward. Coming down from the hands, touching with any part of the body but the hands at any time requires a restart from behind the last line successfully crossed. A rep is credited when both hands, including palms and fingers, cross the line before the feet touch the ground. Must seal walk across the line. Jumping both hands over the line to finish a section is not allowed. The feet must remain on the frisbee at all times.

TEAM EVENT 2 2021

Scoring

Total time to complete the workout.

Workout Flow

The team needs to work as a whole, working at the same time. The event starts with the team behind the starting mat. After the sound of the beep, athletes will go to the Worm to perform 30 Worm squats. After finishing the squats, they will perform 30 synchronized burpees over the Worm. They will then do another two rounds before finishing the event. The Worm needs to be carried to the next section after every round. The event finishes when the team has crossed to the finish mat and all reps have been credited.
Once the event is over, in order to score in this event and continue competing, the team will be responsible to bring the Worm back to the starting point for the next heat.

Movement Standards

Worm Squat
Each rep starts with the athletes on the same side of the Worm, with the Worm resting ontheir shoulders. At the bottom, each athlete’s hip crease must clearly pàss below the top of his or her knees at the same time. At the top, each athlete’s hips and knees must remain fully extended as the Worm is resting on the athlete’s shoulders, again on the same side. Athletes may be positioned in any order.
Synchronized Burpees over the Worm
The Worm burpee starts with two athletes on each side of the Worm, all facing the finish line. Each athlete’s chest and thighs must touch the ground at the same time. When jumping over the Worm, a two-foot takeoff is required. The rep is credited when all four athletes land on the opposite side of the Worm.

TEAM EVENT 3 2021

Scoring

Total time to complete the workout.

Workout Flow

Teams will run 5000m course through the Vía Verde in Ciudad Real, every athlete in the Elite division will be running with a 9 kilo ruck on their backs. Time starts when they cross the starting line and the time stops when all the team have crossed the finish line after running the full course.

Movement Standards

Running
Athletes need to carry their rucks for the entire course, it is mandatory to bring them to the finish line.
Team members must all hold on to their 3 meters length of rope for the entire run.Time penalties will be assigned for letting go of the rope.

Scoring

The way to score this event is the total amount of kilos lifted by the team, only one lift count per athlete.

Workout Flow

ELITE:

This is a two part event. First 1 RM Squat Clean for the female athletes (F1+F2), then the male pair (M1+M2) will lift. Each team will use a platform. Each pair will work at the same time. Each athlete will have 3 time windows to lift one attempt per window with a total of 3 attempts. The MC will announce when to lift.

COMMUNITY (RX, Intermediate, Master +35 y Scaled):

This is a two part event. First 1 RM Squat Clean for the female athlete (F1), then the three male athletes (M1+M2+M3) will lift. Each team will use a platform. The female athlete will work alone and the three male athletes will work at the same time. Each athlete will have 3 time windows to lift one attempt per window with a total of 3 attempts. Movement Standards

 

Squat Clean
The barbell begins on the ground. The athlete must pass through a full squat with hips below the knees. Receiving the barbell above parallel will only be allowed if the athlete continues to drop below parallel in a smooth motion, without pausing or rising before achieving the required depth. The rep is complete when the athlete’s hips and knees are fully extended and the bar is resting on the shoulders in the front-rack position with the athlete’s elbows in front of the bar. Hang squat clean is not permitted.

TEAM EVENT 5 2021

The movement begins with the athletes hanging from the rings, feet off the ground. With the arms fully extended, with or without a skirt grip. During the kipping, the heels must not exceed the height of the rings. The repetition will be valid when both athletes have their elbows fully extended on the rings at the same time. Kipping is permitted, but not swinging or somersaulting. If consecutive repetitions are performed, it is compulsory to change the directional movement under the rings.

FLOW

The event starts with all the team behind the rig, standing on the starting mat. Teams must complete the 50 reps of every movement in pairs, they can rotate however they want, as long as they complete the 50 reps synchronized in pairs 2 by 2, in the case of the elite teams, athletes must be paired male-female. After the sound of beep, the first pair will start with the synchronized ring muscle-up reps, when the team is done with the targeted reps, they will move to the D-Ball for another 50 synchronized reps, always working in pairs (mixed in the elite teams). They will keep completing the event in this fashion, completing 50 reps of each movement until they’re finished with the 50 one handed STOH. The event finishes when the whole team step on the finishing mat. llegada.

MOVEMENT STANDARS

.

Ring Muscle-Up Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The athletes must begin with or pass through a hang below the rings, with the arms fully extended (with or without a false grip) and the feet off the ground. The heels may not rise above the height of the rings during the kip.
The elbows must be fully locked out while in the support position above the rings. Kipping the muscle-up is acceptable, but swings or rolls to support are not permitted. If consecutive kipping muscle-ups are performed, a change of direction below the rings is required.
D-Ball Clean Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The ball begins on the ground. The repetitions is credited when both athelte have the ball over his shoulder and the hips and knees are full extended. Drop back´s athelte is allowed.
Handstand Push-Up Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The movement begins in the delimited area. Each rep begins with the elbows fully extended. The heels must remain within the width of the hands during the entire repetition. In the lower part the athlete must touch the target with his head. It is not necessary for the heels to be in contact during the entire repetition but at the end and beginning they should touch the wall. The repetition is credited when the athletes complete the total locked: the hip open, the body in line with the arms and the heels touching the wall. Kipping is NOT allowed, any repetition assisted by hips or legs will be NOT valid. The heels and back will NOT be able to touch the wall. The fingers will be able to touch the line but not to exceed it by the outer edge. Both athletes must touch the target with their heads at the same time and must complete the full extension at the same time to validate the repetition.
Box Jump Over Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The athlete starts facing one side of the box, not one corner. He will jump with both feet landing on the box at the same time. Only the feet will be able to touch the box. It is not necessary to extend the hip. The repetition is credited when both feet touch the ground. The athlete may step out of the box. It is allowed to jump the box without touching it, but both feet must land on the ground at the same time, and always above the box and not from the sides. Both athletes must perform the jump at the same time landing at the same time.
Deadlift Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement at the same time. The movement begins with two dumbbells, on the ground. Sumo deadlift is not allowed. Arms must be straight at all times. The repetition is credited when bouth atheltes have the hips and knees in full extension, arms extended and shoulders on the dumbbells. Both athlete must touch the ground at the same time.
Shoulder-to-overhead Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement at the same time. The movement begins with a dumbbell, this must have contact with the shoulder before starting the push. The repetition is credited when both athlete have the dumbbell over the head, or slightly behind the body plane and elbows, hips and knee extended and feet aligned. Push press, shoulder press or split jerk is allowed as long as you complete the movement.
Toes-through rings:
The movement begins with the athlete hanging from the rings, feet off the ground. With the arms fully extended, the repetition is credited when the toes of both feet pass through the rings at the same time. The arms and hips must extend completely below the rings. If consecutive repetitions are carried out, it will be mandatory to change the direction movement under the rings. Both athletes must move the toes in to the ring at the same time.
Knee Raises:
The movement begins with the athlete hanging from the bar, (any grip will be valid) with the feet off the ground. With the arms fully extended, the repetition is credited when both knees pass the horizontal line of the hip at the same time. The arms and hips must extend completely below the bar and the feet must pass behind the bar and the body. Both athletes must pass the hip line at the same time.
Push-Up:
The movement begins with the arms extended, the feet on a bumber, the hands will be on the ground. And the body completely aligned (chest, hips, knees and feet must be aligned). The movement will be carried out with the help of an ABMAT, which will be located between the athlete’s hands and below the chest. The repetition is credited when the athlete’s chest touches the ABMAT and the body is completely aligned, with the toes on the bumper. The style and execution of the movement will not condition the validity of the repetition. Both athletes must extend the arms and touch the abmat at the same time.

TEAM EVENT 06

Scoring

Total time to complete the workout.

Workout Flow

This event introduces a heavy jumping rope with heavy handles and heavy cable. This is a two part event with a relay in between, no resting time. First will go the male pair, M1+M2, then the female pair F1+F2 in the ELITE teams. In the COMMUNITY teams, it will be: first M1+M2 and then F1+M3 (this second pair can go either way (M3+F1 or F1+M3).
The team starts on the starting mat, after the sound of beep, the first pair starts their work and M1 will perform the target double unders, once he’s done, both athletes (M1+M2) will go to the tank and push it for 40 meters, then it’s M2 turn to do the target reps of double unders. When he’s done, both athletes need to push back the tank to the starting point for another 40 meters. Once this pair is finished with their work, they will tag the second pair, now, they will repeat the work, only this time the reps are less on the double unders. The event finishes when the second pair step on the finish mat after completing all the reps. Every team will be responsible for changing cables, so each athlete has his/her right length on the jumping ropes.

Movement Standards

Double Under
The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.
Tank Push
The tank starts behind the line. The athlete will push the tank forward until it has crossed the line completely. The athlete is responsible to keep the tank inside his lane. The athlete cannot modify any adjustment on the drag resistance nor the load that carries, doing so will incur in elimination from the competition.

Workout Flow

It is a two part workout with only one score. The first part is to be completed in pairs working together as a team first the pair 1 and then pair 2. On the second part, the whole team needs to run 2000m on the assault runner as a relay in splits of 500m each athlete. 

The whole team starts on the starting mat. After the sound of the beep, the first pair (F1+M1 for elite; M1+M2 in community) go to the ergs to complete the target calories for each of them, one athlete on the bike and another one on the rower, they cannot share calores nor ergs. Once both athletes have finished their own calories, they can go to the pull-up bar to perform together and synchronize their target reps on the gymnastic pulling movement (see your division). When they’re done, they will go to the handstand walk area to walk 20m each as a relay. Once the second athlete is done with the 20m, the second pair (F2+M2 for elite; F1+M3 for community) is activated and they can go to the ergs to perform their part of the event in the same fashion as their team mates.

When the second pair is done, the whole team needs to run 2000m on the assault runner as a relay with 500m splits for  each athlete in any order. The time stops when the last athlete to run the 500m activates the buzzer on the finish mat at the other side of the court.

Movement Standards

Assault Air Bike

The athlete will complete the target calories while riding the bike. The athlete needs to stay on the bike until the monitor reads the target calories. The athlete cannot hop off the bike before the monitor reads the target calories.

Assault Air Rower

The athlete will complete the target calories pulling on the rower. The athlete needs to stay on the rower until the monitor reads the target calories. The athlete cannot hop off the rower before the monitor reads the target calories.

Synchronized Bar Muscle-Up

 

The athletes must begin with or pass through a hang below the bar, with the arms fully extended and the feet off the ground. Kipping the muscle-up is acceptable, but pull-overs, rolls to support and glide kips are not permitted. The feet may not rise above the height of the bar during the kip. At the top, the elbows must be fully locked while the athlete is in the support position above the bar with the shoulders over or in front of the bar. Athletes must pass through some portion of a dip-to-lockout over the bar. Only the hands, and no other part of the arm, may touch the pull-up bar to assist the athlete in completing the rep. Removing the hands and resting while on top of the bar is not allowed. The rep is credited when both athletes have reached full extension and they’re on top of the bar at the same time.

Handstand Walk

Kick up with both hands (entire hand, including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted. Stepping over the line or landing with the hands on or over the line is a “no rep.” Must walk forward. Coming down from the hands at any time requires a restart from behind the last line successfully crossed. A rep is credited when both hands, including palms and fingers, cross the line before the feet touch the ground. Must handstand walk across the line. Jumping both hands over the line to finish a section is not allowed.

Assault Air Runner

The athlete will run the target meters on the assault runner and cannot hop off the erg until the monitor reads the target meters. Athletes can start the running by pushing with their hands but once they’re running, they cannot assist with their hands at any point. 

Synchronized Chest-to-bar

 

This is a standard chest-to-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, with both athletes’ feet off the ground. Overhand, underhand or mixed grip are all permitted. The rep is credited when the chest of both athletes clearly come into contact with the bar below the collarbone. 

Synchronized Pull-Up

 

This is a standard chin-over-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are permitted as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, with both athletes’ feet off the ground. The rep is credited when both athletes’ chins break the horizontal plane of the bar. 

 

Seal Walk

The athlete will start walking with both hands (entire hand, including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted and with the feet on the frisbee. Stepping over the line or landing with the hands on or over the line is a “no rep.” Must walk forward. Coming down from the hands, touching with any part of the body but the hands at any time requires a restart from behind the last line successfully crossed. A rep is credited when both hands, including palms and fingers, cross the line before the feet touch the ground. Must seal walk across the line. Jumping both hands over the line to finish a section is not allowed. The feet must remain on the frisbee at all times.

Total time to complete the workout.

Workout Flow

The team needs to work as a whole, working at the same time. The event starts with the team behind the starting mat. After the sound of the beep, athletes will go to the Worm to perform 30 Worm squats. After finishing the squats, they will perform 30 synchronized burpees over the Worm. They will then do another two rounds before finishing the event. The Worm needs to be carried to the next section after every round. The event finishes when the team has crossed to the finish mat and all reps have been credited.
Once the event is over, in order to score in this event and continue competing, the team will be responsible to bring the Worm back to the starting point for the next heat.

Movement Standards

Worm Squat
Each rep starts with the athletes on the same side of the Worm, with the Worm resting ontheir shoulders. At the bottom, each athlete’s hip crease must clearly pàss below the top of his or her knees at the same time. At the top, each athlete’s hips and knees must remain fully extended as the Worm is resting on the athlete’s shoulders, again on the same side. Athletes may be positioned in any order.
Synchronized Burpees over the Worm
The Worm burpee starts with two athletes on each side of the Worm, all facing the finish line. Each athlete’s chest and thighs must touch the ground at the same time. When jumping over the Worm, a two-foot takeoff is required. The rep is credited when all four athletes land on the opposite side of the Worm.

Workout Flow

Teams will run 5000m course through the Vía Verde in Ciudad Real, every athlete in the Elite division will be running with a 9 kilo ruck on their backs. Time starts when they cross the starting line and the time stops when all the team have crossed the finish line after running the full course.

Movement Standards

Running
Athletes need to carry their rucks for the entire course, it is mandatory to bring them to the finish line.
Team members must all hold on to their 3 meters length of rope for the entire run.Time penalties will be assigned for letting go of the rope.

The way to score this event is the total amount of kilos lifted by the team, only one lift count per athlete.

Workout Flow

ELITE:

This is a two part event. First 1 RM Squat Clean for the female athletes (F1+F2), then the male pair (M1+M2) will lift. Each team will use a platform. Each pair will work at the same time. Each athlete will have 3 time windows to lift one attempt per window with a total of 3 attempts. The MC will announce when to lift.

COMMUNITY (RX, Intermediate, Master +35 y Scaled):

Squat Clean
The barbell begins on the ground. The athlete must pass through a full squat with hips below the knees. Receiving the barbell above parallel will only be allowed if the athlete continues to drop below parallel in a smooth motion, without pausing or rising before achieving the required depth. The rep is complete when the athlete’s hips and knees are fully extended and the bar is resting on the shoulders in the front-rack position with the athlete’s elbows in front of the bar. Hang squat clean is not permitted.

TEAM EVENT 5 2021

FLOW

The event starts with all the team behind the rig, standing on the starting mat. Teams must complete the 50 reps of every movement in pairs, they can rotate however they want, as long as they complete the 50 reps synchronized in pairs 2 by 2, in the case of the elite teams, athletes must be paired male-female. After the sound of beep, the first pair will start with the synchronized ring muscle-up reps, when the team is done with the targeted reps, they will move to the D-Ball for another 50 synchronized reps, always working in pairs (mixed in the elite teams). They will keep completing the event in this fashion, completing 50 reps of each movement until they’re finished with the 50 one handed STOH. The event finishes when the whole team step on the finishing mat. llegada.

MOVEMENT STANDARS

.

Ring Muscle-Up Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The athletes must begin with or pass through a hang below the rings, with the arms fully extended (with or without a false grip) and the feet off the ground. The heels may not rise above the height of the rings during the kip.
The elbows must be fully locked out while in the support position above the rings. Kipping the muscle-up is acceptable, but swings or rolls to support are not permitted. If consecutive kipping muscle-ups are performed, a change of direction below the rings is required.
D-Ball Clean Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The ball begins on the ground. The repetitions is credited when both athelte have the ball over his shoulder and the hips and knees are full extended. Drop back´s athelte is allowed.
Handstand Push-Up Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The movement begins in the delimited area. Each rep begins with the elbows fully extended. The heels must remain within the width of the hands during the entire repetition. In the lower part the athlete must touch the target with his head. It is not necessary for the heels to be in contact during the entire repetition but at the end and beginning they should touch the wall. The repetition is credited when the athletes complete the total locked: the hip open, the body in line with the arms and the heels touching the wall. Kipping is NOT allowed, any repetition assisted by hips or legs will be NOT valid. The heels and back will NOT be able to touch the wall. The fingers will be able to touch the line but not to exceed it by the outer edge. Both athletes must touch the target with their heads at the same time and must complete the full extension at the same time to validate the repetition.
Box Jump Over Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement, at the same time. The athlete starts facing one side of the box, not one corner. He will jump with both feet landing on the box at the same time. Only the feet will be able to touch the box. It is not necessary to extend the hip. The repetition is credited when both feet touch the ground. The athlete may step out of the box. It is allowed to jump the box without touching it, but both feet must land on the ground at the same time, and always above the box and not from the sides. Both athletes must perform the jump at the same time landing at the same time.
Deadlift Syncronized
Two athletes will do the movement at the same time. The movement begins with two dumbbells, on the ground. Sumo deadlift is not allowed. Arms must be straight at all times. The repetition is credited when bouth atheltes have the hips and knees in full extension, arms extended and shoulders on the dumbbells. Both athlete must touch the ground at the same time.
Shoulder-to-overhead YGIG
 The movement begins with a dumbbell, this must have contact with the shoulder before starting the push. The repetition is credited when the athlete has the dumbbell over the head, or slightly behind the body plane and elbows, hips and knee extended and feet aligned. Push press, shoulder press or split jerk is allowed as long as you complete the movement.
Toes-through rings:
The movement begins with the athlete hanging from the rings, feet off the ground. With the arms fully extended, the repetition is credited when the toes of both feet pass through the rings at the same time. The arms and hips must extend completely below the rings. If consecutive repetitions are carried out, it will be mandatory to change the direction movement under the rings. Both athletes must move the toes in to the ring at the same time.
Knee Raises:
The movement begins with the athlete hanging from the bar, (any grip will be valid) with the feet off the ground. With the arms fully extended, the repetition is credited when both knees pass the horizontal line of the hip at the same time. The arms and hips must extend completely below the bar and the feet must pass behind the bar and the body. Both athletes must pass the hip line at the same time.
Push-Up:
The movement begins with the arms extended, the feet on a bumber, the hands will be on the ground. And the body completely aligned (chest, hips, knees and feet must be aligned). The movement will be carried out with the help of an ABMAT, which will be located between the athlete’s hands and below the chest. The repetition is credited when the athlete’s chest touches the ABMAT and the body is completely aligned, with the toes on the bumper. The style and execution of the movement will not condition the validity of the repetition. Both athletes must extend the arms and touch the abmat at the same time.

TEAM EVENT 06

Workout Flow

This event introduces a heavy jumping rope with heavy handles and heavy cable. This is a two part event with a relay in between, no resting time. First will go the male pair, M1+M2, then the female pair F1+F2 in the ELITE teams. In the COMMUNITY teams, it will be: first M1+M2 and then F1+M3 (this second pair can go either way (M3+F1 or F1+M3).
The team starts on the starting mat, after the sound of beep, the first pair starts their work and M1 will perform the target double unders, once he’s done, both athletes (M1+M2) will go to the tank and push it for 40 meters, then it’s M2 turn to do the target reps of double unders. When he’s done, both athletes need to push back the tank to the starting point for another 40 meters. Once this pair is finished with their work, they will tag the second pair, now, they will repeat the work, only this time the reps are less on the double unders. The event finishes when the second pair step on the finish mat after completing all the reps. Every team will be responsible for changing cables, so each athlete has his/her right length on the jumping ropes.

Movement Standards

Double Under
The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.
Tank Push
The tank starts behind the line. The athlete will push the tank forward until it has crossed the line completely. The athlete is responsible to keep the tank inside his lane. The athlete cannot modify any adjustment on the drag resistance nor the load that carries, doing so will incur in elimination from the competition.
